A number that looks wrong is the most useful thing you can send, and it is worth a minute to make it reproducible. Press Copy link under the calculator and paste the address into the email: that link carries the whole scenario — balance, rate, term, mode, payment, every extra and the first payment date — so the page opens here showing exactly what it showed you. Failing that, list those inputs by hand, and say which figure you expected and where your figure came from.

A page that does not work in your browser. Name the browser and its version, the device, and what happened: the schedule would not open, a button did nothing, the result panel stayed empty, the table ran off the side of the screen. Everything runs in your browser and nothing about it is logged anywhere, so a failure you do not report is a failure nobody here can see.

A correction to the methodology. The formulas, the rounding rule and the published test vectors on the methodology page are written out step by step so they can be checked against your own arithmetic. If a derivation does not follow, or a figure in a worked example disagrees with the schedule it is meant to describe, that is worth an email, and the fix goes onto the page rather than into a reply.

A link you send holds numbers and nothing else. The address bar carries a balance, a rate, a term, a payment, dates, and on the planner one line of three numbers for each debt. It never carries your name, an account number, or the label you typed beside a debt — labels stay in the browser and are never written into the URL. A shared link says $4,000 at 24% with a $100 minimum. It does not say whose.

Nothing about a specific loan. This site has no access to any account and no knowledge of any lender's terms, so a question about why your statement says one thing and this page says another cannot be settled from here. The servicer holding the loan can answer that; this site cannot, and a guess would be worse than saying so.

No advice about whether to pay a loan off. The calculators give one side of that decision exactly — how many months earlier the loan ends, and how much less interest it costs — and stop at the edge of it. What else the money could do, and what it would cost you not to have it, are facts the site does not hold. A message asking which choice is right gets a polite non-answer, which is fairer to say now than after you have written it.

No lender introductions. There are no lender relationships behind this site and no referral arrangements: no rate tables, no offers, nothing recommended and nothing for sale. Mail offering to place a lender on these pages, or asking to be placed on them, does not get a reply.

The site is operated by ZW Studio LLC, and support@zwstudiollc.com goes to it. Mail is read by a person rather than sorted into a queue, which is why plain prose works better here than a form would: say what you did, what you saw, and what you expected to see instead.

The address sits on zwstudiollc.com rather than on loan-payoff-calculator.com, and that is not cosmetic. The studio domain is set up to receive mail; the site's own domain is not, and anything addressed there bounces rather than arriving. Use the address above exactly as written, even though it does not match the domain you are reading.
